New Dogs Recording of "Little Drummer Boy/Peace on Earth" Available at 12bands.org 

The Blue Dogs recorded a Christmas classic, the well-known "Little Drummer Boy" but a not-so-well-known version that appeared on the 1977 Bing Crosby special that included David Bowie singing a countermelody called "Peace on Earth." The song was recorded this Fall with our friends Doug Derryberry (in Brooklyn) and Buddy Strong (in Campobello SC) and it was given to our friends at 12bands.org to be a part of their "INSTANT CHRISTMAS CLASSICS VOL. 1" on sale for only $5.00. In addition to the new Blue Dogs recording, featuring Bobby and Hank with Doug, Parker Dewitt, and James Bernabe, the compilation includes songs by Kristian Bush of Sugarland, Patrick Davis, and Emily Hearn, among others. Bridge Run Finish Line

Celebrate! is Children’s Theatre of Charlotte’s annual fundraising event, planned and executed by ENCORE!, the Theatre’s volunteer organization.
